Getting your website built: knowing what to ask

Your success in getting a great website for your business begins with your formal or informal request for proposal (RFP).  If you don't know what to ask for, your request can be uninformed, unclear, and incomplete, leaving the web developer to fill in the blanks.

The result is often frustrating - you don't get what you wanted because you didn't know how to ask for it. This short course offers a basic discussion of web development from the perspective of a project leader or manager, who serves as liaison between the customer and development team.

After this course, you'll have a better idea how to define website requirements, write an RFP, and consider proposals from web developers.
